This candidate must have graduated from US Navy Dive School or equivalent civilian certified dive school and have at least one year experience working as a surface supply diver.
- NDSTC School Certificates or equivalent dive school cert
- Have a current HAZWOPER 40 hour/8hr certification
- Have current HAZWOPER physical (or dive physical)
- Have current Administration of Emergency Oxygen/CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Have current Dive Logs: Must have 4 SS dives in 6 months.
